A new tribute book about former Green Bay Packer quarterback Brett Favre has been formally endorsed by the Wisconsin Special Olympics. Dennis Alldridge, president of Special Olympics Wisconsin, formally endorsed the book prior to the opening ceremonies of the Wisconsin Winter Games, held in Wausau, Wisconsin from January 31st to February 1st.

Several hundred athletes autographed a copy of the book at the Wisconsin Winter Games this past weekend in Wausau, Wisconsin. The book was presented to Alldridge after the closing ceremonies.

Special Olympics chapters in Wisconsin, New York, and Favre's home state of Mississippi will equally split a percentage of the profits from the sale of the book, and additional book signings are being organized to raise additional money for the charity.
